Kat Magic was founded on the principle that most of us, while having beautiful furnishings in our home, just need a little help styling and arranging them.

Throughout the years, as I would visit friends homes I immediately began to mentally rearrange the furniture, which inevitably led to a ‘rolling up of the sleeves’ so we could move the furniture and art, as well as add pieces from other rooms that would help pull it all together. The result was lots of laughs, lots of chocolate and always a clearer, cleaner, more concise design scheme. I would work out new furniture placement, scale, site lines and color schemes that really allowed the homeowners style to flow more cohesively.

My career as an international flight attendant served me well in my quest to seek out beauty. I had the worlds greatest design treasures at my fingertips and I have explored those treasures with gusto. My appreciation of different styles of art, architecture and design from around the world are instrumental in the way I view everything.

Five years ago, I was invited to join a successful real estate team. Amazingly, I discovered that my years of staging as a hobby could benefit families on a much larger scale, and Kat Magic was born.

I received my accreditation from Home Staging Resource, and now have a client list that includes top agents throughout Fairfield County, and many private homeowners who want to present the best home possible to potential buyers.
